Question: How long does it take to tear my house down?
Answer: The average size house takes from 2 to 4 hours to demolish. However, it takes another day to haul the debris to the landfill from your house or apartment building.
Question: Do you grow grass?
Answer: Yes we do.
During wrecking operations we maintain erosion control, keeping dirt and mud from running onto the public walkways and street. Also, once we grade/level your lot we will spread a hydro based grass seed and straw bales to accelerate the grass growing process.
Question: Do you accept Major Credit cards?
Answer: Yes, we accept all major credit and debit card payments.
Question: How long have you been tearing down houses/buildings
Answer: 12 years
Question: Do you own your own Equipment?
Answer: Yes, we own all of our equipment. We don’t rent it.
Over the years we have invested money we’ve made in more and more equipment, to be able to do the bigger and better jobs, and do them faster.
Question: Do you offer a cleanout service?
Answer: Yes we do. If a house is filled with debris, trash, old furniture, clothes, paper etc. We will come in and remove it, put it into roll-out dumpsters, and haul it away,
There is an extra charge for this service, which can run from $250 to $1,000 depending on the number of roll-out dumpsters needed. Most houses average 1 -4 dumpsters.
Question: Do you guarantee job completion by a certain date?
Answer: In most cases, yes.
What is a “Performance Bond”?
Answer: A performance bond is a bond guaranteeing the fulfillment of a particular contract.
The performance bond provides additional assurance. For instance, if damage were caused to an adjacent structure, the bond issuer would pick up any extra cost incurred. If we were to fail to complete any work, the bond issuer would pay a 3rd party the cost of completion.
